🔄 Love&War Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 09/01/2025

At Love&War, every piece is made-to-order and part of an exclusive drop. Because of this process, all sales are final. This ensures our streetwear remains rare, intentional, and true to the culture.

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We will accept a return or exchange only if:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

All items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Returned with original packaging and tags.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order items, limited drops, and collaborations cannot be returned for size, fit, or change of mind.
• Gift cards, sale items, and digital products are final sale.

💵 Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

🔄 Exchanges

• If your item qualifies, we’ll exchange it for the same product in the correct size (subject to availability).
• If sold out, you may choose store credit or a refund.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Use a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
