Every Love&War piece is made with intention. We don’t mass-produce. Each order is crafted and fulfilled on demand, so please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order ships.

Processing Time:
• All orders are processed and sent into production within 2–3 business days.
• Production + finishing: 7–10 business days.
• Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.) once your order leaves our warehouse.
• International shipping varies by destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Why Made-to-Order?
We believe in limited drops, quality control, and reducing waste. Each piece is part of an exclusive run, not stock sitting in a warehouse. This means your order is unique to you — and worth the wait.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. Our team will assist as best as possible.
